These Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") govern all financial transactions conducted through the RideAgo Platform, including payments by clients, payouts to drivers and partners, commissions, fees, and all related financial operations. These Payment Terms should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Driver Terms of Use.
By using the RideAgo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Payment Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform for any financial transaction.
RideAgo accepts payments from clients through a range of secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment methods provided by our payment processing partners:
All payment processing is handled by Checkout.com, a licensed and regulated Payment Service Provider operating under the supervision of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other applicable financial regulators.
All transactions on the RideAgo Platform are conducted in Euros (EUR). This includes:
If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may charge conversion fees. RideAgo is not responsible for any currency conversion costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
All transfer fares on the RideAgo Platform are fixed and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. The price shown to the client at the time of booking includes the base fare and any applicable surcharges, taxes, and fees. There is no surge pricing, dynamic pricing, or post-booking price increases under any circumstances.
The quoted fare includes:
The following extras may incur additional charges, clearly disclosed at the time of booking:
When you confirm a booking, your payment method will be processed as follows:
You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the transaction. Any unauthorized use of a payment method may result in account suspension and potential legal action.
All driver payouts are processed exclusively through Garna.io. Drivers must maintain an active and verified Garna.io account in order to receive payouts. RideAgo does not process payouts through any other channel.
The minimum balance required to trigger an on-request payout is EUR 850. Earnings below this threshold accumulate in the driver's wallet and are released automatically as described in 6.5 below.
Once the minimum payout threshold is reached and a payout is requested, payments are processed within 7 working days. Working days exclude weekends and Estonian public holidays. Delays caused by third-party processors, banking holidays, or incomplete driver verification are not the responsibility of RideAgo.
If a driver's accumulated balance does not reach EUR 850, the earnings are released automatically approximately 6 months after they were earned, in line with platform reconciliation cycles. Drivers who wish to be paid sooner should keep operating until they cross the threshold and submit a payout request under 6.3.
RideAgo's platform commission of 15% is automatically deducted from each completed transfer before the driver's net earnings are credited to the driver wallet. Commission rates may vary for special agreements (e.g., fleet operators, long-term partners) as documented in individual agreements.
Travel agencies, corporate clients, and transportation providers participating in the RideAgo partner program may earn commissions on bookings made through their accounts. Commission rates, payment schedules, and settlement methods are defined in individual partnership agreements signed with each partner.
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law. The VAT rate applied depends on the country where the transfer takes place and the status of the parties involved.
RideAgo, drivers, partners, and clients are each responsible for their own tax obligations arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, VAT, and social security contributions in their respective jurisdictions. RideAgo does not withhold taxes on behalf of drivers or partners unless legally required to do so.
Invoices including VAT details are available upon request for business clients. Corporate and agency accounts may request consolidated monthly invoices for accounting purposes.
