RideAgo OÜ ("RideAgo", "we", "us", or "our") makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or services included therein.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RideAgo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of a course of dealing or trade practice.
RideAgo operates exclusively as a technology platform that connects independent drivers and transportation providers with passengers seeking airport transfer services. RideAgo does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services itself.
Drivers registered on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of RideAgo. RideAgo is not a party to the transportation contract between drivers and passengers. All transfer services are provided directly by the driver under their own professional responsibility.

RideAgo may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

RideAgo is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from such risks. Drivers are required to maintain valid commercial passenger transportation insurance as a condition of registration on the Platform, but the nature and extent of coverage are the sole responsibility of the individual driver and their insurance provider.
RideAgo makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the Platform — including transfer prices, vehicle descriptions, driver profiles, estimated travel times, and route information — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that such information is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Flight information, arrival times, and delays displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party data providers. RideAgo is not responsible for inaccuracies in such third-party data. You are responsible for independently verifying your flight details and travel plans.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by RideAgo, including but not limited to:
RideAgo does not endorse and has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of that service.
The Platform may allow users to submit content such as reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or profile information. RideAgo does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and must ensure that such content:

While RideAgo takes reasonable steps to verify drivers during registration — including identity verification, document checks, and vehicle standards — we cannot guarantee the conduct, professionalism, skill, or character of any individual driver. Drivers are independent contractors, and their actions are not under the direct control of RideAgo.
If you experience unsatisfactory service or misconduct by a driver, please report the incident to RideAgo customer support immediately at info@rideago.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the driver from the Platform.
RideAgo is not responsible for personal belongings left in a driver's vehicle. If you lose an item during a transfer, please contact the driver directly through the Platform as soon as possible. RideAgo will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication between you and the driver but cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RideAgo OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
RideAgo cannot monitor or control the health, safety, or physical condition of drivers, vehicles, or passengers at any given time. Users assume full responsibility for their personal health, safety, and wellbeing while using the Platform. If you have any special health or accessibility requirements, please inform RideAgo and the driver in advance of the transfer so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
All prices on the Platform are displayed in Euros (EUR). If you use a payment method in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may charge conversion fees. RideAgo is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations, conversion costs, or international transaction fees.
RideAgo reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
